Patrick T. DeBol

Patrick T. DeBol, age 73, passed away April 13, 2020.

Patrick Thomas DeBol, son of Blanche Helen (Cole) DeBol and Frank Michael DeBol, passed away April 13 at age 74 in Warren, Michigan. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sally Eileen DeBol, and siblings Marjorie DeFazio, Yvonne Cobleigh, Michael DeBol, Judith Zahler, Daniel DeBol, Phyllis DeBlanche, Dennis DeBol, and many nieces and nephews. Born in Detroit, Patrick grew up there and in Highland Park, Michigan. He served in the US Army, stationed in Germany.

Patrick shared the family love of humor, and grew to be the tallest of all the DeBols. He inherited his father’s way with tools and spent much of his working life as a skilled craftsman. He was often deemed the family photographer, responsible for many cherished shots. Patrick and his wife lovingly shared their home with a succession of cats and dogs over the years.

At this time no service is planned, due to the coronavirus pandemic, though eventually the ashes will be interred in Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan; arrangements are being made through the David Wysocki Funeral Home. Contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
