Eugenia "Gena" (Kaczorowski) Huguenin

Eugenia (Gena) Huguenin, age 92, passed away December 10, 2020.

Gena was born and raised in Detroit and went to St. Rita School and Parish. Her parents immigrated from Poland. She had 5 siblings 2 of which are still living. She worked as a bank teller for National Bank of Detroit.  Gena was also an original member of St. Louise de Marillac Catholic Church in Warren, Michigan.  She loved listening in on the Detroit Tigers radio broadcasts. Gena enjoyed various hobbies throughout the years including, bowling, golf, sewing, other crafts, and puzzles. She was a "snow bird" and enjoyed spending winters in Florida for the last 25 years. Above all she loved being a homemaker and a devoted mother.

Gena was the beloved wife of the late Tom Huguenin for 53 years; loving mother of the late Tom, the late Michele, and Gerald (Lori) Huguenin; and devoted grandmother of Emily and Alex.

A Memorial Service will take place 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 16, at St. Louise de Marillac Catholic Church, 2500 12 Mile Road, Warren, Michigan. Please wear a mask at all services and gatherings.
