Charles Van Daele

Charles Van Daele, age 82, passed away November 13, 2021.

Chuck was the beloved husband of the late Catherine Van Daele; loving father of Susan Auchterlonie, Michael (Sharon) VanDaele, Sandra (Jeffrey) Nyquist, Cindy Patrick, Sue Silver, James Russell, and Lori (Ken) Van Hevel; devoted grandfather of 10; and proud great-grandfather of 5 with 1 on the way. He also had many other brothers, sisters, nephews, and friends that will deeply miss him.

Chuck loved the outdoors. In his younger days, he enjoyed going camping, hunting, and boating, but more recently he enjoyed the quiet, calming connections to the great outdoors. He was a big Michigan sports fan, always game to watch the Red Wings, Tigers, or the Lions play. Above all, Chuck loved his family. Spending time with his children, grandkids, and siblings were his top priority in his final years.

Visitation Saturday, November 20, 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at David Wysocki Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren, Michigan. Visitation will continue Sunday, November 21, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
