Barbara (Virgilio) Opipari

Barbara Opipari, age 100, passed away December 31, 2020.

Barbara was the beloved wife of the late Dominic Opipari; loving mother of Carmela (Jerry) Giampietro, Rosina (the late Terry) Williams, and Albert Opipari; devoted grandmother of Natalie (David Reeves) Giampietro, Christopher Giampietro, Justin Williams, McKenna Williams, and Dominic Opipari; and proud great-grandmother of Cali, Layne, and Silas.  Barbara was predeceased by her siblings James Virgilio, Joseph Virgilio, Mary Marzolino, and Josephine McQue.

Barbara loved tending to her garden and flowers at her home.  Also, nothing gave her more pleasure than preparing and seeing her loved ones enjoy her cooking.

Visitation Friday, January 8, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Rosary Service at David Wysocki Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren, Michigan.  Instate Saturday, January 9, from 10:30 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Anne Catholic Church, 32000 Mound Road, Warren, Michigan. Interment will take place at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, Michigan.

Masks are required at all services.
