Anthony Sammut

Anthony (Tony) Sammut, passed away April 26, 2021 at the age of 77. He was the son of the late Anthony and Stella Sammut.

Tony was the beloved husband of Evelyn Sammut; loving father of Robert Anthony Sammut and Jennifer Rebecca (Kevin) Taylor; devoted Nenu (grandfather) of Hannah and Jessica; and dear brother of Josephine (Wallace) Ridgley and Vincent C. (Yvonne) Sammut. Tony was preceded in death by various loved ones including his brothers-in-law, Michael and David Belz, and his cherished nephew, Joseph Sammut.

Born and raised in Detroit, Tony was a long-time resident of Sterling Heights.  He was a great family member, friend and neighbor who will be truly missed by all.

Visitation Sunday, May 2, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service at David Wysocki Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren, Michigan. Masks are mandatory for all services. We are limited to 25 people at any one time so please be respectful and patient so we can make sure everyone has a chance to visit. Interment will take place Monday, May 3, 10:00 a.m. at Christian Memorial Gardens, West in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
