John K. Moseley

John Kevin Moseley, age 66, passed away July 23, 2024.

John was the beloved husband of Marla Moseley; loving father of Jeff (Lisa) Moseley, Kristina (Jerry Layman) Moseley, and Kevin (Susan) Moseley; devoted grandfather of Carston, Joanna, Everly, Bradley, Vaida, Dylan, Kalin, Brayden, Adalyn, Austin, Eivin, and Evelynn; dear son of Beverly and the late Curtis Moseley; brother of the late James Moseley, Gregory (Kathy) Moseley, Michael (Denise) Moseley, and D. Patrick (Suzanne) Moseley; and brother-in-law of Diana Moseley.

John loved living life to the fullest and going out into nature, especially to go fishing. In years gone by, he enjoyed playing sports like baseball and hockey. He also liked to drive muscle cars, dirt bikes, and motorcycles. John used to love to go to the Woodward Dream Cruise every year to check out all the sweet rides! One of his other passions in life was music. He would listen to everything and anything, from rock to classical. John especially enjoyed the blues. Nothing pleased John more than to have a friendly poker game with his friends. Above all, he cherished his family, especially his wife, Marla, who he cared for through much illness in her life.

A brief memorial service and military honors will take place 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly, Michigan.
