Donna May Kaip

Donna May Kaip, age 88 passed away on June 8, 2025, after a long battle with dementia.

Donna was the beloved husband of Paul George Kaip (deceased); loving mother of Paul Alan (Paula) Kaip and Jay Herbert (Kathleen) Kaip; devoted grandmother of Robyn (Mike) Linthorst, Renee (Dan) Cetnar, Rachel (Brett) Clarke, Hailey Kaip; proud great-grandmother of Stella and Simon Linthorst, Lincoln and Jacob Cetnar, Logan, Sterling, Wade and Emma Clarke, and Dayton and Donny DiFronzo.

Donna was the dear sister of Loren, Norma and Carol and devoted grandmother of Kevin Kaip all of whom preceded her in death.

Donna loved life and married her childhood sweetheart, George in 1955. They enjoyed 65 years together until his passing in 2020. Donna was an avid bowler and loved playing cards.

Donna was very active in her church and spent many hours volunteering for numerous duties at Our Shephard and Holy Cross Lutheran Churches. She also had a lifelong love of music and singing and until very recently was still enjoying time with family and friends singing karaoke.

Donna’s life will be celebrated by everyone who knew her and her memory will live on always.

Memorial Visitation Thursday, June 26, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Wysocki & Wilk Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren MI 48092. A Memorial Service will be held at her church, Friday, June 27 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 30003 Ryan Road, Warren MI 48092.
