Dolores Kaminski

Dolores Kaminski, born on July 4, 1936, left this world on October 13, 2025. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend who touched the lives of many during her time on this earth.

Dolores was married to Leo Kaminski, who predeceased her and with whom she shared a profound love. She was also preceded in death by her beloved son, Michael Kaminski. Despite these losses, Dolores's spirit remained resilient and devoted to her family.

Dolores is survived by her loving son, Mark Kaminski; her daughters, Renee (Jason) Mailhot and Lisa (Trish Collins) Kaminski; and adored granddaughter, Jennifer (Drew) Davis, along with her great-grandson, Griffey. She also leaves behind her brothers, James (Nancy) Kolacz and Robert (Charlene) Kolacz, along with niece Elizabeth, nephews Nicholas and John, dearest niece June (Tom) Luca, great-niece Kim Dalassandro, and many other nieces and nephews. The extended Collins family, including Dennis (Shannon), Kyle, Jimmy (Kim), Isabella, Hunter, Lilly, Adam (Gina), and Anna also hold Dolores close to their hearts.

Throughout her life, Dolores engaged in various activities, including visiting Hawaii, trying her luck at the casino, volunteering at her church, and arranging beautiful floral displays. These hobbies brought her immense joy and fulfillment. Among her proudest accomplishments were her children, granddaughter, and great-grandson, who were a source of great pride and happiness.

Friends knew her warmth and generosity, with close companions such as Betty Skorupski, Linda Horvath, Brian Ozimek, Dolores Marchesi, and Helen Walczak sharing countless memories with her.

A viewing for Dolores will be held on October 21, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM, followed by a Funeral Service at 9:30 AM at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, located at 38750 Ryan Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48310. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, Michigan.

Dolores Kaminski will be remembered for her loving spirit, her dedication to her family, and her capacity to bring joy to those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to shine brightly in the lives she touched.
