Alexander Debash

Alexander Debash, age 94, passed away January 7, 2020.

Alexander was the beloved husband of the late Jeanette Debash; loving father of Patricia (Dennis) Kaptur and Alexander (Susan) Debash; and devoted grandfather of Caralyn Debash, Katelyn Kaptur, and Nicholas Kaptur.

Al loved his food trips, outings, and stay-ins. His coffee clubs at McDonald's and Burger King, his movie and a lunch, and deserts after every meal.  His favorite meal was a little unorthodox: A bologna and grape jelly sandwich.  He loved his country very much and was very patriotic.  He loved to debate the politics and opinions of the day with anyone he could rope into the conversation.  He truly thrived by just being a part of the people's lives he had around him.  Al was also a big-time animal lover, and loved feeding the dogs each day.

Instate Friday, January 10, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. until the 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Rene Goupil Catholic Church, 35955 Ryan Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310.
